Data controller
The controller of personal data collected through runriva.com is a sole proprietor registered in the Polish CEIDG:
Maciej Dzierżek ul. Cieszyńska 1a/57 02-716 Warszawa, Polska NIP: PL7411885009 REGON: 280016640 maciej.dzierzek@gmail.com 02
What is collected
Before you allow measurement: nothing by this site. Your consent choice is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and never leaves your device. After you allow it: analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4 - pages opened and clicks on links to the products. Independently of your choice, the hosting provider records technical request data (IP address, browser, requested address), because without it no page can be delivered at all.
03
Why it is processed
Analytics - to see whether this site actually sends people to the products, and to improve it (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - consent). Technical request logs - to deliver the pages and block attacks (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest of the controller).
04
What this site does not do
There are no accounts and no login. There is no contact form, so nothing you write is processed by a third party before it reaches the inbox. There are no ads, no remarketing and no profiling - the advertising consent signals stay switched off permanently, also for people who accept measurement. Nothing is sold or handed to data brokers.
05
Cookies
Necessary: none. The site works without a single cookie, and the consent choice is stored outside cookies. Analytics: Google Analytics 4, loaded only after consent given in the banner. There is no tag manager in between - the measurement code lives in this repository. Advertising: none. The site uses Google Consent Mode v2, so Google scripts stay in restricted mode until consent is given, and the advertising signals are never released.
06
How long data is kept
Analytics data - according to the Google Analytics retention policy. Technical request logs - according to the hosting provider's retention policy. Your consent choice stays in your browser until you clear it or change it.
07
Changing your mind
Use the privacy choices link in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further measurement immediately and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
08
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of them, write to the address above.
09
The right to complain
If you believe the processing of your data breaches GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
10
The products have their own policies
QuizBase, RoundKit and the Quiz Apps have accounts, payments or app stores behind them, so each has its own, longer privacy policy on its own site. This page covers runriva.com only.
